The website was in need of an update so that it could better showcase the band, match existing branding, improve UX, and SEO. (old site on the left) They wanted to continue using the WIX platform and remain editable by the organization. The focus moved to larger images of the band, a more consistent flow, and a more modern appeal.

The site was built using a platform that is very restrictive for editing, but the owners wanted to update with some new content. I also suggested some additional changes to make the site easier to read and explore. The new site has a cleaner feel and focuses on their primary services and processes.

This is an example of my process for designing mock ups for new website designs. It includes a couple of layout options, and shows what the page content will look like as it shrinks down for the mobile views. I believe that this level of detail helps clients make more informed decisions, and leads to smoother website builds.

This is a site that is a bit older but represents the product of designing without an online platform. I coded the site and uploaded files, as needed, directly to the web server. Not many people build like this anymore but I retain the skills needed to build a responsive site from basic code.
